Terms of Service

The service

Tip Toeing in My Jordans is an AI tool for making meme images and short videos, including versions of the "tip toeing in my Jordans" dance meme, from your prompts and photos. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What the service is not

• Not affiliated. This is an independent fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Riff Raff, the 1987 film Rumpelstiltskin, or the artists who made the original AI clip.
• No music. Generated clips do not include the song, and we do not license or distribute it. If you add music, getting the rights to it is your responsibility.
• No guaranteed result. AI output varies. A clip may not look like your photo, may not match your prompt, and may contain artifacts.

Your account

You need an account to generate media. Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Don't create multiple accounts to collect signup credits.

Credits and payments

Generation is paid for with credits. Each render's price depends on the model and clip length and is shown before you render. Credits are deducted when a render starts and refunded automatically if it fails or is canceled. Credits from a plan or top-up expire at the end of the period stated when you bought them. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; canceling stops the next renewal. Payments are processed by our payment provider.

What you may upload and make

You may only upload photos and media you have the right to use. You must not use the service to:

• make content depicting a real person without their consent, or present a generated clip as real footage of a real person;
• make sexual content involving anyone who is or appears to be a minor, or sexual content of any real person;
• harass, defame, threaten or impersonate anyone;
• infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights;
• break the law or the usage policies of the underlying AI providers.

We may refuse a request, remove content, or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Your content

You keep the rights you have in what you upload. You give us permission to store it, process it and send it to our AI providers for the purpose of generating your results. Subject to these terms and the policies of the model that produced it, you may use the media generated for you, including commercially.

Sharing

If you make a conversation public, anyone with its link can see that conversation and its media until you set it back to private.

Availability and changes

The service relies on third-party AI providers and may be slow, unavailable or change without notice. We may change these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
